Warranty

We take great pride in the quality, durability and safety of our BBQs, pizza ovens, chimineas and accessories.

Our products are manufactured using carefully selected materials to ensure long-lasting performance, reliability and safety, while incorporating advanced technology designed to deliver exceptional results.

We offer a 10-year limited warranty on selected products and a 3-year limited warranty on pizza ovens and chimineas.

To activate your limited warranty, your product must be registered using the warranty registration form within 28 days of receiving your order.

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and covers manufacturing faults and defects that occur during normal domestic use. If a manufacturing fault or defect arises during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair, refinish or replace the affected item.

If the original model or colour is no longer available, we reserve the right to provide a comparable replacement. Any replacement will be for the individual faulty item only and not an entire set. Repairs, refinishing or replacement of a product do not extend the original warranty period.

If your product develops a fault, it should be returned to the original place of purchase together with proof of purchase. If your item was purchased through our website, please submit a claim using the warranty claim form available on this website.

Warranty eligibility is subject to the product being registered within 28 days of receipt.

This limited warranty does not cover:

General wear and tear
Rusting of steel components or parts
Corrosion
Commercial use
Damage resulting from improper assembly, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow the care, maintenance and assembly instructions

Where a product is not covered by one of our limited warranties, a standard 12-month warranty will apply.
